Rule book will be the PSP Rule Book with the following addendum:

RaceTo-7 Rule set with the following modifications to PSP Rules
1. Play full 20min clock split into 2, 10min half’s (Rules modified: 2.10.1.5 & 3.2.1.3 & 3.2.4.4.1)
2. Switch sides at the half (Rules modified: 3.2.2)
3. 1, 2 min timeout per half for a total of 2 (Rules modified: 2.11.1)



Upon release of the 2010 PSP Rule Book we will review and make any addendum necessary at that time and relase an official PSP/NYPL Rule Book for download.
