NYPL Rule Change (Designated Spectator)

We will be allowing Designated Spectators from this point forward. Initiailly we did not allow this as PSP had removed it but after speaking with owners we will bring it back. Each team can have 1 player inside the yellow rope with goggles on and can travel the entire length of the field. This person must have a NYPL ID card (staff or player).
